2021 AGM: Finding Our Stride
2021 was a year of reflection, creation, and growth.
Through review and evaluation, BCACC used the challenges of operating during a pandemic in 2020 to fine-tune and hone processes to better meet our members where they are in 2021. We navigated the winds of change and charted a new course – one of improved and streamlined operations, strategic program developments, and better value for our members.
