I’m in full-time private practise and have been for nearly 20 years. My office is in Fairfield. I specialize in working with women ages 19+ who struggle with disordered eating and body image. I am the author of the self-help book “It’s Not About the Food: A Woman’s Guide to Making Peace with Food and Our Bodies”.  I love to collaborate with other therapists as well!
