I am a newly minted counsellor with a passion for working with adult individuals and couples experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy/infant loss, and prenatal anxiety/postnatal depression as well as those experiencing grief and loss in general. I primarily use response-based, solution-focused and narrative theories within a feedback-informed framework. I have a background in massage therapy so I really enjoy helping clients become more familiar with their mind/body connection.
