I posted a question about sex therapy courses in the Relationship Counsellor Community. I imagine that the sex therapists out there may have some very good suggestions for good trainings for non sex therapists who work with couples. I posted in the Relationship section because I wanted to recommend a course that is for non sex therapists. I would love to hear your responses to the questions I posted there if you have any ideas you want to share.

Hi Tammy. Not sure if you are still interested in sex therapy courses, but the gold standard in Canada is the Sex Therapy Intensive Training Course through the U of Guelph. It’s about a week long, and is the best training I’ve done to date. Hope this helps.

Yes I am very interested in the Guelph training. It is on my list of training I want to take. I heard that it is now being offered online too. I am about enter an intensive training with Ellyn Bader and Pete Pearson so it will remain on my list for a while longer. Thanks for the suggestion.
