If you have an ad with Psychology Today, they offer their tele-platform called Sessions. They state it is compliant with the privacy laws. One of the Canadian insurance companies deemed it as an acceptable platform when I applied to them. The platform seems all right except there is no option to change or blur your background. Otherwise, it works as intended with a waiting room to admit a client.
