  Client's Insurance Coverage for Services

  I recently heard that for some companies, like Sun Life, you need to register with them or they will deny the client’s claim for payment. I’ve been allover their site and see absolutely nothing about this nor a place to register. No reply to an email I sent.

  Can anyone confirm we do need to register and how?
