Great start to crafting your supervision conceptual/theoretical frame, I look forward to seeing how this works for you in practice. I also use the frame of what, how, as well as a who and a why to simplify my conceptual approach. Also consider how your approach supports you to meet the needs of a new supervisee, an experienced clinician, someone who is anxious, or overconfident, as a way of putting your approach into practice.
