I appreciate that you’re open to challenging your self-perception, it sounds like reading about the models has given you some additional language and technical or conceptual ‘tracks’ to drive on for considering how you will be and what you will do in supervision. I think you’re grappling with the best fit for your context also. For example, what works for a private practice setting may not fit for an agency setting. I hope that some exposure to additional options will help you craft a model that best supports your supervision practice at this point in time, I also think we continue to evolve and learn!
