Hi. I recently wrote a report for a client for extended stress leave. I did charge for the time it took to do the report. I took my counselling rate and pro-rated it by the minute according to how long it took me to complete. I had a prof. tell us that was what she did for admin-related tasks for clients. The reports are subject to GST. I hope that helps. I will be curious to hear what others are doing.
