We are now in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and various AI-powered products are being used, such as AI transcription into SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes. I’m interested in connecting with other Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) who are also interested in exploring the ethical and legal issues surrounding the use of this technology. How can we leverage this technology to provide better care for our clients? I have discovered a few demos that showcase this technology and its implications for counselling in British Columbia. I’m hoping to organize a Zoom meeting where we can explore these tools together and collaboratively develop a best practices document.

    Hi Mark,

I’m just coming across how AI can help with notes and summaries. I’d be interested in chatting about this and hearing what you’ve learned.
