Harpreet is a Senior Lawyer and Mediator with 15 years experience practicing exclusively in litigation and professional liability.  She specializes in regulatory work and has represented thousands of professionals including helping professionals defend against complaints and disciplinary proceedings.  Harpreet has extensive expertise working with clinical counsellors in resolving complaints made to the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and similar regulatory bodies.
